DI MATTEO MANZINI Alberto Moretti non è solo una delle persone più piacevoli che ho avuto modo di conoscere di recente, ma è anche un brand di calzature con una storia alle spalle davvero importante. L’esperienza del marchio fiorentino ARFANGO si evolve e diventa ALBERTO MORETTI. Enrica ed io abbiamo conosciuto Alberto e la sua incantevole moglie Vanessa, in occasione di Pitti, durante un cocktail party organizzato nella sua casa di Firenze, una festa per pochi intimi, una serata molto piacevole e divertente. In occasione della settimana della moda uomo a Milano, siamo poi stati invitati alla presentazione della collezione autunno inverno 2013/2014. Alberto è un giovane designer dal cuore di velluto, proprio come le sue calzature, che esprimono gioia, classe , raffinatezza, mantenendo sempre un sapore molto dandy. La Joie De Vivre non esprime solo il DNA di questa collezione, ma è anche un diktat che Alberto impone al suo marchio, alle sue collezioni e alle feste che abilmente organizza. Da segnalare è la pantofola di velluto con il ricamo in strass del suo drink preferito: il vodka martini… insomma una vera “Joie De Chaussures”.
BY MATTEO MANZINI Alberto Moretti is not only one of the nicest persons I’ve recently met, but also a shoe brand with an important history and background. The experience of the Florence-based brand, ARFANGO, evolves and becomes ALBERTO MORETTI. Enrica and I have met Alberto and his charming wife, Vanessa, at the Pitti show, during the cocktail party they organised at their house in Florence, a party for few selected guests, a pleasant and cheerful night. During the man fashion week in Milan, We have been invited to the official presentation of the fall/winter 2013-2014 collection. Alberto is young designer with a velvety heart, exactly like his shoes, expressing joy, class, refinement, with a dandy taste. The Joie De Vivre does not only represent the DNA of this shoe collection, but it’s also the diktat that Alberto wants for his brand, for his collections and his marvellous parties. My fashion pick is the velvet slipper with strass embroidery recalling his favourite drink: Vodka Martini… A pure “Joie De Chaussures”.
