L’ultima volta che ne abbiamo parlato era il 2012, quando l’Emilia fu colpita da un forte terremoto e il comitato di Convivio, da sempre impegnato nella raccolta fondi a favore di Anlaids, la prima e la più grande associazione italiana contro la diffusione dell’infezione da Hiv, decise di donare l’intero ricavato della sezione vintage alle terre colpite dal sisma. Convivio nasce 22 anni fa da un’idea di Gianni Versace, Gianfranco Ferrè, Giorgio Armani e Valentino. E’una mostra benefica che si ripete ogni due anni ed è sostenuta da Franca Sozzani e dalla grande generosità di aziende di moda, design e servizi, che aderiscono all’iniziativa donando i loro prodotti al 50 % del prezzo di listino, per affrontare in modo concreto la piaga dell’AIDS. Giunto alla sua dodicesima edizione, questo straordinario evento inaugurerà oggi e domani l’ingresso sarà libero e gratuito per chiunque abbia voglia di fare un po’ di benefico shopping con capi unici e di lusso. Ci sarà un’ampia selezione dedicata all’arte e al design d’autore e uno spazio dedicato al Vintage. Last time we talked about it was in 2012, when Emilia Romagna region was hit by a terrible earthquake and Convivio organisation, which has always been committed to the fund raising for Anlaids, the first and largest Italian association fighting against the diffusion of HIV, decided to raise funds of their vintage sale for the victims of the earthquake. Convivio was created 22 years ago from an idea of Gianni Versace, Gianfranco Ferrè, Giorgio Armani and Valentino. A charity exhibition that runs every two years and supported by Franca Sozzani as well as many important fashion and design brands who adhere to this initiative giving their products at 50% off their price list to give their contribution to the fight against HIV. At its twelfth edition, this extraordinary event will open today and tomorrow the entrance will be free to anybody who is willing to do some charity shopping with unique and exclusive fashion pieces.
