Voi la sapete, ho una grande passione per il cinema…c’è chi ascolta le canzoni in loop e chi si fissa coi film e se li guarda anche 1000 volte come se fosse la prima, cercando d’imparare a memoria le battute più importanti! Io sono così! Ho pensato di aprire una nuova rubrica dedicata al grande schermo, ai miei cult movie, restringendo il campo a quelli che trattano di moda e di tematiche femminili, giusto per rimanere fedele agli argomenti del mio blog, di sceglierne un pezzetto e di commentarlo. Con quale fare il mio debutto? Scegliere è stata dura, ma ho pensato che Pretty Woman con la scena dello shopping “spudorato” fosse l’inizio perfetto! Si insomma, chi, almeno una volta nella vita, non ha desiderato essere Vivian e di avere a disposizione la carta di credito di Edward per spendere una sfacciata somma di denaro? Ma soprattutto, quante di noi si sono trovate nella situazione di entrare in un negozio e di essere trattate con sufficienza dal personale? Beh, a me a successo! Le ragioni che portano un commesso a liquidarci in un nano secondo e a trarre conclusioni sbagliate sul nostro limite di spesa sono ancora sconosciute, ma, presto o tardi, il momento di dire la nostra e di ripagarlo con la stessa moneta arriva sempre e quando arriva è quella l’unica cosa che non ha prezzo! Occhio dunque, caro venditore inesperto, ricorda che le donne vanno sempre a braccetto con lo shopping e hanno sempre bisogno di alleati che possano farle spendere, non di nemici che ostacolino la loro passione, non fermarti quindi alle apparenze e se proprio non sei capace di essere gentile con le persone, fingi di esserlo…o di esserlo almeno con le carte di credito…perché commettere un bello sbaglio, bello, enorme può costarti più di quanto immagini!

You know well, I’m so fond of cinema…there are some who listen to songs in loop and there are others who watch the same film 100 times trying to learn the script by heart! This is me! I’ve thought to open a new section of my blog dedicated to cinema, to my favourite cult movies, perhaps trying to focus more on those dealing with fashion and woman’s world, not to get too much off the track, choose a part of the film and comment on it. Which film to choose for my debut? It was a hard task but I’ve thought that Pretty Woman and the scene of the “shameless shopping spree” was just perfect! Well, who of you, at least once in your life, has not desired to be Vivian with Edward’s credit card at your disposal, ready to spend a “really offensive amount of cash”?  And, who of you has entered a shop and treated badly? Well, it has happened to me! The reasons why shop assistants wouldn’t wait on us and draw wrong conclusions on our budget are still unknown but, sooner or later, the moment when we can come back and tell them about the huge mistake they did, always comes and this is such a satisfaction! Be aware, dear careless shop assistants and always bear in mind that women go hand in hand with shopping and they always need allied forces ready to make them spend their money and not enemies who obstacle their way, do not judge by appearances and if you are not able to be kind to people, well pretend to be…or at least be kind to credit cards…because a big mistake, big, huge mistakecan cost you more than you can imagine!
