Ieri a Tokyo è finalmente andato in scena il tanto atteso Fay Fashion Theatre, una sfilata e uno spettacolo Kabubi per celebrare l’incontro tra il Made in Italy e la cultura orientale. Fay  ha fatto il suo debutto ufficiale nel Roppongi Hills Arena di Tokyo mandando in passerella due collezioni, uomo e donna Fall/Winter 2015, con capi extra realizzati appositamente per l’evento. Un mix formale e al tempo stesso esuberante in cui i due stilisti, Tommaso Aquilano e Roberto Rimondi, hanno mantenuto lo stile del marchio, utilizzando tessuti pregiati della tradizione, ma rivisitandolo attraverso la corrente rivoluzionaria e intellettuale degli anni ’70. Il risultato è un look elegante con attentissimi accenti used. A concludere la performance è stato lo spettacolo Kabubi, che ha visto come protagonisti Hasinosuke Nakamura e Kunio Nakamura, personalità indiscusse del teatro giapponese. Yesterday in Tokyo the eagerly awaited Fay Fashion Theatre finally took place, a fashion event and a Kabubi show to celebrate the meeting between the Made in Italy and the Far-eastern culture. Fay  made its official debut at the Roppongi Hills Arena in Tokyo with two collections,  man and woman fashion for Fall/Winter 2015, with special pieces purposely created for the event. A formal and thrilling mix at the same time, in which the two designers of the brand, Tommaso Aquilano and Roberto Rimondi, kept the brand image using the precious traditional fabrics but reinterpreted it with a revival of the revolutionary and intellectual trend of the seventies. The result is an elegant look with sought-after used hints. The performance ended with a Kabubi show with Hasinosuke Nakamura and Kunio Nakamura, leading figures of the Japanese theatre.
