La moda è una forma d’arte, ma quando la stessa viene esposta con pezzi di arte contemporanea, nasce un connubio dal sapore unico. Fiacchini apre a Forte dei Marmi una nuova boutique, non è solo un semplice negozio, ma una sorta di galleria dove abiti, accessori, sculture e installazioni convivono in maniera perfetta, in uno spazio ampio e luminoso concepito per vivere lo shopping in modo piacevole e insolito. Massimiliano Pelletti è l’artista che ha collaborato con Massimo Fiacchini per l’allestimento. Le sue opere ci accompagnano dall’ingresso, fino alla terrazza con vista su via IV novembre. La prima cosa che salta agli occhi entrando è un insieme di 50 bandiere d’Italia, appese al piano superiore, che scendono fino all’atrio; alle estremità un teschio in peltro e una testa di neonato in rame che col peso fanno girare gli stendardi, un movimento che ricrea una sorta di ciclo della vita. Salendo le scale ci si trova di fronte a un corridoio, dove sotto i manichini ci sono degli strani animaletti colorati: “RABBITS IN THE SUN” è il titolo dell’opera; questi conigli, realizzati in grandezza naturale con resine fotosensibili, curiosi e timorosi si avvicinano a lampade UV e, catturando la luce assorbita, restano illuminati anche al buio. Nella sala di destra il reparto uomo, nella sala di sinistra quello della donna… ed è proprio in questa che si trova “L’UNIONE FA LA FORZA”, un circuito che riesce a captare l’energia delle persone. Un sensore è collegato ad un amplificatore che trasmette ad un woofer la quantità di energia, sopra al woofer è posta una campana di vetro che contiene delle piccole sfere, più carica trasmette una persona, più le palline si muovono e la cosa interessante, che da proprio il titolo all’opera, è che se si prende per mano qualcuno mentre si preme il sensore, l’energia aumenta immediatamente facendo impazzire le palline. Se dopo aver fatto shopping avete bisogno di un momento di relax per riprendervi, a volte succede ;-), non c’è niente di meglio di questa suggestiva terrazza, che ricrea in piccola dimensione il laboratorio di Massimiliano… opere in bronzo, una cassa in ferro che contiene i calchi del viso di Beethoven, eseguiti poco dopo la sua morte e un’opera realizzata in marmo “STO DA DIO”…direi che non serve altro per descriverla! Vi suggerisco quindi una gita a Forte dei Marmi per visitare questa nuova “galleria”, dove potrete godere l’arte a 360 gradi.

Fashion is a form of art, but when displayed together with contemporary art pieces, a uniquely flavored mixture comes into being. Fiacchini opens a new boutique in Forte dei Marmi, not only a shop, rather a sort of gallery where clothes, accessories, sculpture and installations live together in perfect harmony, in a wide and bright space conceived to experience shopping in an extraordinary pleasant new way. Massimiliano Pelletti is the artist who has teamed up with Massimo Fiacchini for the outfitting. His pieces of art lead us from the entrance door to the terrace with a view on Via IV novembre. The first piece that catches the eye by walking in is an ensemble of 50 Italian flags, hanging from the second floor ceiling down over the hall; at whose ends a pewter scull and a copper infant head make the standards spin around under their weight, a movement meant to recreate the image of the circle of life. By climbing up the stairs you find yourself facing a corridor where, under some mannequins, strange colourful small animals lie: “RABBITS IN THE SUN” is the title of the master piece; those rabbits created in real-life-dimensions with light-sensitive resins, nosy and timid draw close to UV lamps and by absorbing their light, they become visible in the dark. The room on the right is the male side, the one on the left the women side… And that’s exactly where “L’UNIONE FA LA FORZA” (“THERE IS SAFETY IN NUMBERS”) is a circuit able to catch people’s energy. A sensor is connected to an amplifier which transmits to a woofer the amount of energy, on the woofer top there is a glass bell containing small balls, the higher the person charge, the faster the balls move and the interesting thing about this piece of art is that, as its name suggests, if while pushing on the sensor you hold somebody else’s hand, the energy grows immediately driving the balls mad. After having done your shopping, in case you needed a moment to relax and o recover a while… some things just happen sometimes ;-), nothing would works better than the terrace, a small reproduction of Massimiliano’s workshop… bronze pieces of art, an iron chest containing the casts of Beethoven’s face, carried out shortly after his death and a marble hand-carved piece “STO DA DIO” (“I FEEL LIKE A MILLION BUCKS”)… no need to translate! I can therefore strongly suggest a trip to Forte dei Marmi to visit this new “gallery”, for a 360 degree art pleasure.
