Stelle e strisce… ecco il tema principale della nuova collezione primavera estate disegnata da Jeremy Scott per Adidas… che come un buon marinaio si è affidato alle stelle per seguire la giusta rotta! Un vero e proprio omaggio all’America, alle sue abitudini, alle sue passioni e alla sua bandiera “Stars and Stripes”. Una collezione che si ispira a Elvis, in cui non mancano i dettagli luminosi fatti di paillettes, i richiami allo stile cowboy nelle giacche con frange, a cui si aggiungono le iconiche ali, ormai diventate il biglietto da visita di Jeremy e ancora le stampe animalier, per accontentare chi, l’inverno scorso, non è riuscito ad accaparrarsi la famosa giacca “Tigro” con le code… I graffiti per Tshirt over da sembrare mini abiti e le note musicali per gym suits da palcoscenico, come quelle indossate dai ballerini di Madonna in “Music” al Superbowl. Io ho scelto di indossare il costume più audace per la prossima estate, un paio di shorts e questa favolosa giacca in materiale tecnico… le sneakers alate non erano ancora disponibili, ma nel mio archivio sono riuscita a trovare una scarpa che le rimpiazzasse alla perfezione. Una mise che ricorda il danzante Apollo Creed a LasVegas…senza cilindro! Per ogni stella un desiderio…il vostro qual’è? Mentre ci pensate vi lascio con il video dello shooting fotografico.

A tribute to American pop culture, to its traditions, its passions and its flag, the “Stars and Stripes”. A collection inspired by Elvis, where luminous glittery details are a must-have, sequined, cowboy styles with western fringe jackets, enriched with the designer’s iconic theme par excellence: wings….and more, animal inspired fur prints for those lovers who didn’t make it to the “Tigger” long tuxedo jacket last winter.. graffiti prints oversized mini-dress-like Tshirt or music note detailed stage-costume athletic gear , like that worn by Madonna’s backup dancers in “Music” at the Superbowl. I picked this most daring swimsuit to wear myself next summer A pair of shorts and this fabulous tracksuit technical jacket… The winged sneakers were not yet available, but I found a perfectly suitable substitute among my personal stuff . An outfit reminding me of dancing Apollo Creed in Las Vegas…no top hat on tough! A star for every wish…how about yours? I leave you wondering while watching the model shoot behind-the-scenes video.
