ell’ottocento c’era la corsa all’oro – sono vecchia, è vero, ma ancora non c’ero – quello che ricordo io, invece, sono gli anni novanta e il pezzo che tutte le teenagers correvano ad accaparrarsi era la felpa colorata e ricamata. Un nome a caso? Best Company! Rimpiangendo quel periodo che, ahimè, è fuggito, posso però consolarmi con qualche idea attuale che sembra avere la stessa ispirazione. E chi non desidera indossare una maglia dal taglio maschile ricamata con un paio di jeans strappati e un mocassino? Se nessuno alza la mano, date un’occhiata alla selezione di oggi!
I know that during the nineteenth century there was the gold rush – I am not that old, I wasn’t there – what I recall best of that time is the ’90 and the piece of clothing that all teen-agers had to have at the time: which was a colored embroidered sweater. A name by chance? Best Company! While missing that time, alas, it’s gone, I can only cheer-up with a couple of up-to-date ideas that seem to be gathering inspiration from it.
