 John Richmond, Alberta Ferretti, Scervino, Rocco Barocco, Moschino, Gabriele Colangelo, Blumarine, Antonio Marras, Ter Et Bantine e Versus sono state le sfilate a cui ho partecipato. Ho pensato di dedicare più spazio a Moschino e Blumarine… Moschino perché da sempre è nel mio cuore, Blumarine perché la più bella di tutta la fashion week. Rossella Jardini rimane fedele ai suoi cappelli da cowboy, che propone ormai da qualche stagione, da abbinare a completi in giacca più eleganti e a proposte più sporty: ghette attillate con tanto di ginocchiere in color blocking; a questi “Stetson” si alternano maxi fiocchi degni dello stile di Anna Dello Russo, che ancora una volta ha curato lo styling di questo fashion show. Gli accessori vanno da iconici pezzi della maison, orecchini ad anella, cinture con lettere in oro, ad altri più audaci che ricordano lo spirito del vecchio Moschino: marsupi stretti in vita e mini zainetti colorati da portare sulle spalle. Allo stesso modo Blumarine non rinuncia alle sue stampe animalier, ma al tempo stesso propone un esplosione di colori fluo e metallizzati che si mixano a pailletes per look da giorno e look da sera. I pantaloni skinny si riempono di graffiti in vero glam-street style, le collane sembrano rubate dal cassetto di una teenager, e gli orecchini ad anella hanno dimensioni esageratamente piacevoli. Smentita la voce che Blumarine si addice solamente a un pubblico adulto, al contrario, dimostra di poter accontentare anche le più giovani, stanche del solito total black che ha riempito le passerelle italiane.

I’ve decided to talk a bit about Moschino and Blumarine in particular… Moschino as it has always been in my heart, Blumarine as it was the best show of MFW. Rossella Jardini keeps faithful to cowboy hats, a must of her collections for some seasons now, to mix and match with elegant suits and sporty outfits; tight gaiters with color blocking knee pads; these “Stesons” are alternated with maxi ribbon that are typical of Anna Dello Russo’s style, who has dealt with the styling of this show. Accessories range from the iconic pieces of the Maison, Such as giant earrings, belts with golden letters to others that recall the true spirit of Moschino style: bum-bags wrapped around the waist and mini colored rucksacks. Blumarine, on the other hand, does not abandon animalier prints together with metalized shades and color blocking wisely mixed with sequins for day and night dresses. Skinny pants filled with glam-street style graffiti, chains that seem to have been stolen from a teenager’s closet , earrings of fabulously exaggerated sizes. Definitely denied the fact that Blumarine only fits to an aged audience, on the contrary, the brand pleases even the youngest, who are tired of the usual total black style that has ruled on Italian catwalks.
