Ammetto che trattare il tema “sneakers” è forse uno dei compiti più difficili per me…ho iniziato da un paio di mesi e questo mondo per me è ancora tutto da scoprire, ma ho pazienza e un bravo maestro, il mio amico Max di 11 WORK. Oggi “rubo” un post dal blog di 11Undici…un po’ perché la scarpa in questione merita davvero e un po’ perché questo è il primo articolo che lo stesso Max ha giudicato perfetto ;-)! “Era il 1986 quando Nike propose la sua Air Python, un incrocio di lusso tra Air Jordan 2 e Air Force 2. Concepita inizialmente come una scarpa da basket, la sua linea grintosa e i suoi dettagli in finto pitone la resero in breve una sneaker di spettacolo e un’ambitissima scarpa di moda. Oggi, dopo 26 anni, Nike riporta alla luce un pezzo del suo passato con il remake di questo iconico modello. Look minimale, tomaia in pelle di prima qualità, lingua, tallone e pannelli laterali in pelle stampata che emula quella del serpente. Due le versioni inizialmente proposte a settembre 2013, bianco/argento, bianco/marrone, già introvabili a pochi giorni dall’uscita perché considerati nuovi oggetto del desiderio da tutti gli appassionati e collezionisti. Il successo è inarrestabile…oggi va in scena il secondo atto con altre due versioni in edizione limitata, disponibili tra selezionati rivenditori Nike Sportswear. La prima in rosso brillante, la seconda in un suggestivo total black. E proprio come il modello originale, anche questo non smentisce il suo carattere grintoso che lo ha già reso un pezzo di storia del mondo sneakers.”
