Eravamo abituati a una Haute Couture parigina piuttosto sotto tono. Lusso celato, rilassato, quasi sussurrato, ma questa è stata la stagione delle rivelazioni e degli show finalmente “wow”. Scenografie moderne e sorprendenti, abiti si principeschi e allo stesso tempo ultra-contemporanei. L’alta moda torma a farci a sognare. “Then comes the bride” e così è stato, specie se si pensa al finale di tutte le sfilate, in cui è l’abito più rappresentativo diventa il simbolo con cui chiudere in bellezza, regalandoci momenti da standing-ovation. Vive la France et Vive la Couture!

We were used to under-statement Haute Couture shows. Hidden luxury, almost whispered, but this is a new season and finally “wow” shows. Modern and surprising atmospheres, princess-style dresses yet with a contemporary touch. The Haute Couture comes back to its dream dimension. “Then comes the bride” and that was the mood, especially at the end of runway events, the most iconic dresses of all is the symbol of the end of the show offering standing-ovation moments.  Vive la France et Vive la Couture!
