Dopo il nuovo Batman, THE DARK KNIGHT RISES che uscirà in italia il 29 agosto 2012, il produttore Christopher Nolan affida la sua prossima pellicola a Zack Snyder, famoso regista di 300 , per raccontare la storia del nuovo Superman. A interpretare forse il più celebre degli eroi sarà Henry Cavill, il Teseo di Immortals, che già si era battuto per avere questo ruolo in “Superman Returns”. E se allora ne era uscito sconfitto, contro Brandon Routh, questa volta pare abbia avuto la meglio…la tutina attillata azzurra sarà sua! A fargli da genitori biologici ci saranno Russel Crowe e Ayelet Zurer, mentre Jonathan e Martha Kent saranno interpretati da Kevin Costner e Diane Lane. Non poteva mancare la bella Lois Lane, Amy Adams, e il cattivo di ordinanza…il Generale Zod. La trama la conoscete, il super bambino riesce a fuggire dalla distruzione del pianeta Krypton, viene catapultato sulla terra con una “dote” di superpoteri e una volta adulto desidera capire cosa farne, cercando nel suo passato. La novità dello storico Clark Kent, il timido giornalista del Daily Planet, è quella di vivere nei giorni nostri, nel XXI secolo, come ci era stato anticipato nella serie limitata di 12 fumetti “Superman Birthright” del 2005, una versione non convenzionale che ha sostituito quella che tutti conosciamo, “Man of steel”, scritta alla fine del 1986 da John Byrne. L’uscita del fim è prevista per il 14 giugno 2013, speriamo che la sorte di questo nuovo Superman non sia la stessa del povero collega Batman… Ma come, non sapete come finisce il Cavaliere Oscuro? Chiedete a David Letterman!
