Nel 1990 Robbie Williams, bello, carismatico e ribelle, coi Take That ha “prende quello”: il ruolo di componente di una delle boy band che ha fatto la storia della musica, poi nel 1995 decide che “quei bravi ragazzi” non hanno più molto a che fare con lui e “prende questo”: iniziare la carriera da solista, per diventare il più importante artista britannico degli anni ’90.
