Uno degli oggetti di culto di quest’estate sono gli occhiali da sole dalla forma tonda e più sono grandi, meglio è. Li hanno proposti più o meno tutti e un motivo deve esserci: nessuno può restare senza! Il trend riprende un po’ lo stile hippie degli anni ’70, che ha contagiato anche il prêt-à-porter con maxi abiti stampa color e con frange su borse e giacche. Se amate il genere, ecco per voi una mia piccola selezione: una versione concettuale in total black di Karen Walker. Oppure quella d’avanguardia di Valley Eyewear, una forma tonda con un accenno di cat-eye su una montatura tartaruga. E per finire, i miei preferiti di Jeepers Peepers. Think-pink-positive, da non lasciarsi scappare…soprattutto per il prezzo!

One of the cult-objects for this summer are round sunglasses and, the bigger, the better. Almost every designer has proposed a version and there must be a reason: nobody can do without! The trend recalls the hippie style of the 70’s that also affected the prêt-à-porter collections with printed maxi dresses and fringes on bags and jackets. If you like this style, here is my personal selection: a conceptual version in total black by Karen Walker. Or else, the avant-garde mood by  Valley Eyewear, a round shape with a hint of cat-eye on a tortoiseshell frame. And finally, my favourite by Jeepers Peepers. Think-pink-positive, not-to-be-missed sunglasses…especially for their price!
