A volte ci sono canzoni che ascolti sempre, in cui non importa il testo, il senso delle parole, basta la musica a farti sentire bene. A volte ti accorgi che quelle canzoni ti piacciono tanto, perché le associ a scene di film che hai visto almeno mille volte senza mai stancarti. E a volte pensi che sarebbe proprio divertente ripeterne una… a modo tuo, a casa tua, dove il regista, lo scenografo, il costumista è uno solo: la tua mente malata! Prima di partire per Milano e vivere la nostra settimana della moda, in cui tutto è caotico, frenetico e ben poco rilassante, Matteo e io abbiamo pensato di fare qualcosa che facesse pensare ad altro: a una bella canzone, a una scena di un film…una delle nostre preferite! Ringrazio Emma e Carola per aver partecipato, per aver espresso il loro giudizio con smorfie e sorrisi che valgono più di ogni foglietto con scritto “BUTTA” e “TIENI”, ma sopratutto per avermi ricordato, ancora una volta, che non importa ciò che indossi, ma come lo indossi!

There are certain songs that you would always listen to, their lyrics and words simply don’t matter, their tune is enough to make you feel good. Sometimes you realise that you love these songs so much, because you associate them with movies that you have watched at least a thousand times without getting bored. Sometimes you come up with the idea that it would be nice to reproduce one of these songs… your way, at home, where the director, the stage designer and the costume designer is just one: your crazy mind! Before leaving for Milan and experiencing our fashion week, where everything is so chaotic, frantic and not relaxing at all, Matteo and I have thought of something different: a beautiful song, a movie scene…one of our favourites! I thank Emma and Carola for their special appearance, for having expressed their opinion with their smiles and gush that count more, much more, than any “TOSS” and “TAKE” notes, but above all, because they always remind me that the detail that makes the difference is not what you’re wearing but how you’re wearing it!
